✘ Offensive/Harmful Content
✘ Feral/Non-humanoid (This may be discussed on a case by case basis.)
✘ Sexualized underage characters/pedophilic content
✘ Real life people (This can be discussed! Not a hard no, just no promises!)❃GENERAL TOS❃• I have the right refuse the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation, at any time.• I have the right to cancel a commission at any time. (Refunds will be given depending on progress made on the piece.)• The commissioner has a right to cancel the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation, at any time. (Refunds will be given depending on progress made on the piece.)•I have the right to upload the commission on any/all social media, unless specified beforehand to keep the commission private. I also stream art on my twitch channel, if you do not want your commission streamed inform me before I begin sketching.• Payment is to be made before I begin work on the piece, after reaching an agreement with the commissioner.• The commissioner can contact me through discord at any time to ask for a progress check on the commission, but please no more than once a week.• While I do tend to keep files after completing and posting them, do not expect me to have the original if you lose or misplace it. I hold no responsibility to keeping track of files for my commissioners. You're welcome to ask me, but I cannot guarantee I will have it.❃IMAGE RULES❃• You may NOT edit the completed commission beyond cropping/filtering/resizing.• All works created by me are for personal, non commercial work only. You may not upload them for anything beyond that without prior discussion. Commercial rates are available upon discussion.• The commissioner may not claim my works as their own, nor do I hold any rights to the characters featured in my works that are not explicitly created by me. All rights are retained by their rightful owners.• Using or minting my work for the purpose of NFTs or crypto is strictly prohibited.❃PAYMENT RULES❃• Payment is to be made no more than 24 hours after I accept your commission unless a payment plan has been discussed prior.• Payment is to be made through PayPal only, in USD.• When paying through PayPal, select "goods or service" and make sure the "Address" box is set to "No address required."❃REVISIONS❃
• The commissioner can ask for major changes in the sketch phase, such as changes to the pose, outfit, expression, etc.• There is a MAXIMUM of 3 major revisions! After 3 major revisions, there will be a 10% fee added on for each. Minor revisions during the sketch are unlimited, unless they begin to fully alter the design and thus will be deemed a major revision.• After the sketch is completed, only 5 minor changes are allowed such as detail additions/subtractions, color changes, etc.• Any major revision requested post sketch will be a 25% fee.❃REFUND RULES❃•If your commission is cancelled for any reason, by me or yourself, depending on how much of the commission has been finished you may be eligible for a refund*:Not started yet = 100% Full refund
Sketch stage = 50% Refund
Lineart stage = 0% No Refund
Colored/Rendered = 0% No refund50% refunds not given if the commissioner only ordered a sketch• You will not be refunded if you are unsatisfied with the commission. If you are unhappy with the commission, I am willing to make a MAXIMUM of 3 minor edits.
